She: one of the city's most formidable writers about food, and someone who was leading the charge for fresh ingredients and locally produced goods long before it was trendy. He: the colorful, gifted chef/impresario behind two of Nashville's hottest and most distinctive restaurants, PM and ChaChah. They: will talk about the culinary arts at Zeitgeist's cool new monthly series "Oblique Strategies," which refracts discussion of art and architecture through the prism of outside perspectives--theater, medicine, songwriting, even nuclear physics. There is no charge, but seating is limited.
