A family of sandwiches anchors the short menu, with seven whimsically named varieties in honor of fictional folks. There's the Uncle Bob (with ground beef formed into a kubideh-style strip); Buddy Duke (with hunks of grilled steak); and Aunt Kay (hunks of grilled chicken tinged with saffron). The traditional Persian-style grilled meats — cooked on skewers over a flame so the grease drips into a water bath below — lean heavily on marinades of onion, lemon and yogurt. Meanwhile, all three sandwiches are loaded with lettuce, tomatoes and green onion.
