Sundance Channel's 'Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys' Casting in Nashville

Attention gay males and their female best friends: If you're a real-life Will or Grace and you've always wanted to be a TV star, your opportunity may be just an email away!

Sundance Channel's reality show Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys, which shot its first season in New York City, is considering shooting its second season in Nashville — but Austin, Texas, is also in the running, and which city wins out depends in part on the number and quality of applicants. Janelle Randazza from the show's casting department told Pith that Austinites have been a little more responsive so far, but the producers are really intrigued by the possibility of shooting in Music City, so they're hoping Nashvillians will start stepping up.

"We are really taken with the renaissance Nashville is going through," Randazza said via email. "We'd like to show Nashville's growing support for both its cultural community and its gay community."
