Frist's Windfall


So how big was the "I-had-no-inside-information" take in Sen. Bill "blindtrust" Frist's conveniently and profitably timed sale of his HCA stock? A non-profit, non-partisan outfit called the Foundation for Taxpayer & Consumer Rights ran the numbers. Bottom line: " Frist, his wife, and their children collected an extra $1,962,584 to $6,133,321 by selling early."
