In an unfortunate bit of irony, Sir Lucious Left Foot (aka Big Boi) injured his left leg over the weekend, forcing him to cancel multiple dates on his current Shoes for Running Tour (yes, really). "Injured my leg on stage yesterday, headed to the A for some test #TooTurntUp #Turndownforwhat #weoutchea," said the Atlantan rapper on Monday via both Twitter and Tumblr.

The injury took place during Big Boi's Sunday performance in Illinois. After canceling his scheduled appearance in St. Louis the next day, Big Boi has now proceeded to cancel tomorrow night's show at Marathon Music Works in Nashville. The official cancellation notice received by the Cream reads as follows:

Currently on his headlining Shoes For Running tour, rapper Big Boi of Outkast has injured his leg while performing Monday [sic], forcing him to cancel his Nashville show tomorrow.

Unfortunately, this of course makes our Big Boi ticket giveaway moot. Though the event page still remains on Marathon's site, tickets have been taken off sale. We've received no word whether or not the date will be rescheduled; check back with us for updates.
