Nashville bound.

Hopefully Bridgestone Arena has a janitorial fleet equipped to hastily fumigate and delouse the downtown enormodome of hesher detritus in the wake of that just-announced Iron Maiden/Megadeth show, seeing as how Glenn Beck’s favorite British alt-prog rock Gods du jour, Muse, will grace the 'Stone the following night, Sept. 6.

On the local/regional tip, Bowling Green, Ky.'s (and sometimes Nashville's), alt-rockers-on-the-rise, Cage the Elephant, will open for the Radiohead-meets-Queen-meets-Queensryche power trio, who are known for matching their histrionic fist-pumpers with nut-tight precision (see above) and elaborate, Wembley-worthy stage production.

Cage the Muse tickets go on sale this Friday, April 12, here.
