What’s a kid to do after you find out your best friend is a possessed, psychotic killer doll with the voice of Brad Dourif? This weekend you can find out directly from the boy that managed to survive two encounters with the world’s most dangerous play-pretty — Alex Vincent, star of the horror film classics Child’s Play (1988) and Child’s Play 2 (1990).
Vincent is in town for this weekend’s Nashville Comic Con at the Hotel Preston, and will also be appearing at a special meet-and-greet autograph session at the Cult Fiction Underground below Logue’s Black Raven Emporium. There will be an audience Q&A session, and Vincent will introduce a special film screening. Doors open at 6 p.m. Saturday, with the event officially kicking off at 7. Admission is $7.
Patrons will be asked to check their Chucky dolls at the door.
