Here's the video that has caused simultaneous frenzy in two groups that seldom overlap: synchronized-swimming admirers and horror-movie fanatics. The swimmers: the Russian duet team of Natalia Ischenko and Svetlana Romashina, who are competing this week in synchronized swimming at the current London Olympics. The music for their routine (we kid you not): the unnerving music-box theme from Dario Argento's Suspiria, performed by Goblin. Inspired, all the way around.
This video recorded at Aquatic Centre, Olympic Park, London, on April 20. Hat tip: Mr. Beaks.
