Drink Your Wine on Ice at the Nashville Predators Wine Festival

As a loyal season ticket holder of the Nashville Predators hockey club (with the best fan relations coordinator — shout out to my fellow foodie, Jana), I want to support their efforts on and off the ice. Unfortunately with the playoffs a distinctly dim possibility this year (mathematical elimination fever — CATCH IT), some of the Preds on-ice performance has led me to need a stiff drink.

Fortunately, they thoughtfully have that covered as well with their upcoming Wine Festival & Tasting on Thursday, April 24. From 6 to 10 p.m., attendees will be able to sample from more than 200 fine wines on a floor built over the ice at the Bridgestone Arena. Small bites will be available from The Row, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Margaritaville, Le Macaroon, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Peg Leg Porker and Olive and Sinclair.

There will also be tastings of various spirits, beers and a full cocktail bar if wine isn't your thing, plus a huge silent auction with more than 200 items available for your bidding pleasure. Tickets are just $75 for an evening of fun, and the proceeds will benefit the Predators' charitable foundation, which contributes back to the Middle Tennessee community.

For $200, patrons can attend the VIP Dinner & Tasting in the Patrón Platinum Club. The VIP Dinner & Tasting will feature a five-course dinner with wine pairing from Justin Vineyards & Winery hand-crafted wines. VIP guests may attend the Wine Festival after the VIP Dinner.

You can buy your tickets here, and all online reservations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 21.
If you would like to purchase tickets after the deadline, tickets will be available at the door for $100.
