Earlier this month, the Antiques and Garden Show featured a bourbon tasting. Now the 25th annual Nashville Lawn and Garden Show has planned a "Better Beer Garden," sponsored by All Seasons Gardening and Brewing Supply Co., today (Feb. 27) from 2 to 8 p.m. at the event which will be held inside the Agricultural Building at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. If I didn't know better, I'd say the organizers are trying to figure out a way to get us guys to attend these events. Works for me.

This craft beer tasting will feature more than a dozen regional breweries offering 30-plus beers. Tickets, available at the gate or online at www.nashvillelawnandgardenshow.com, are $25 per person and include admission to both the Better Beer Garden and the Nashville Lawn & Garden Show.

If that wasn't enough, this year in partnership with the Tennessee Farm Winegrowers Alliance, the show will host a two-day wine festival featuring locally produced wine from 15 of the state’s most celebrated wineries, this Friday and Saturday (Feb. 28-March 1). Now they're talking my language! Find out more at the show's website.
