Paulette Licitra Releases Winter 2014 Italian Cooking Class Schedule

On the heels of the University School Evening Classes roster of food and drink classes (many of which sold out in minutes, by the way), Paulette Licitra has released the schedule for her wInter 2014 series of Italian cooking classes. Licitra is a great teacher, and her classes are very entertaining. Plus you get a heckuva a meal at the end of class.

She charges $50 per class, and she also offers gift certificates that are good for a year in case you want to make a holiday present out of a session or two. Classes are limited to six students and take place in her home kitchen in Bellevue, so the atmosphere is very informal, like learning at your nonna's elbow.
