The pop-up at The Nashville Farmers’ Market is a bit different from the others, though. It's fun, family-friendly and casual — no reservations or tickets required — with dinner served in the food court area of the Market House. Note that lambs’ quarters does not refer to baby animal, but instead to a tasty wild green (::cough:: weed) that’s related to quinoa. So it’s veg*n-appropriate.
