They just made it under the wire since they've now announced that the official opening date will be for dinner service on Monday, May 20. Hiring and training is in full swing, and they have been working on new dishes for the Nashville menu in the kitchen of the original location of Husk Charleston. Chef Sean Brock and his team have been visiting some of their favorite haunts and markets around Nashville and doing some serious hot chicken research in addition to kitchen trials. That should be reason enough to get fired up for the opening!
The online reservation system is not live yet, but keep an eye on this space for your chance to be one of the first folks through the door on May 20. It would be great to fill the place up with Bitesters!
