This time, we're going to do a whole lamb, nose to tail dinner.
And because we think it's pretty fun to do things like this, we decided to invite some good chef friends to help us out.

No set menu for this supper club — it'll be a true adventure! But, we will have around 6-8 courses, with a variety of lamb cuts prepared in a lot of different ways. Expect things like rilettes, lambchetta, homemade lamb sausage, and maybe even a little offal.
Jon Yeager of Pour Taste is making some amazing cocktails to drink alongside, so this is one you definitely don't want to miss.
