As much as your Wandering Wino thought he was the culinary gadabout in town, I almost never attend an event without running into local bon vivant and frequent Bites commenter Vivek Surti. Seriously, the dude is everywhere!

Fortunately, he's also a giving soul and wants to share some of his cooking chops with you as part of his Epicurean Adventures Supper Club, which he puts on monthly at the Nashville Farmers' Market. And this month he's inviting some friends along for the ride as he celebrates the lamb:

Epicurean Adventures Supper Club
Saturday, June 23
Dinner is served at 6:00 p.m.

Nashville Farmers' Market
900 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. Nashville, TN

Please reserve your spot by clicking here.

This time, we're going to do a whole lamb, nose to tail dinner.

And because we think it's pretty fun to do things like this, we decided to invite some good chef friends to help us out.

Chef Jeremy Barlow of Tayst, Sloco, and Local Kitchen Catering

Chef Laura Wilson of Grow Local Kitchen, Nashville Farmers' Market

No set menu for this supper club — it'll be a true adventure! But, we will have around 6-8 courses, with a variety of lamb cuts prepared in a lot of different ways. Expect things like rilettes, lambchetta, homemade lamb sausage, and maybe even a little offal.

Jon Yeager of Pour Taste is making some amazing cocktails to drink alongside, so this is one you definitely don't want to miss.
