Paulette Licitra Announces Summer Cooking Classes



As dependable as the changing of the seasons, (well, even more so considering the wacky weather around here lately) Paulette Licitra has announced another round of classes in her very popular Cucina Paradiso cooking series.

Held in her home kitchen, these classes are really more like a dinner party where you'll help out with the cooking, enjoy some great wine and a super meal; plus you'll head home with a bunch of new recipes and techniques for your own use.
