Food Trucks Rally Today on Music Row To Benefit Second Harvest

If you like a good food truck confab, head to Music Row today and enjoy a diverse menu of lunch options — Riffs Fine Street Food, Cupcake Collection, Smoke Et Al and Happy Eating.

As a bonus, 10 percent of the proceeds go to the hunger-fighting efforts of Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.

The trucks will be parked 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at 1111 16th Ave. S. on Music Row, in the parking lot of Big Loud Shirt (the corner of 16th and Edgehill).

The lunch party is designed to get folks revved up for the seventh annual Stars for Second Harvest benefit concert this Tuesday, Oct. 18, at Ryman Auditorium. Songwriter Craig Wiseman hosts the evening, which will feature "unplugged acoustic-style performances" by luminaries including Kix Brooks, Dave Barnes and songwriter Dallas Davidson.
