The Standard's Thursday night wine pairing tonight features a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Meritage and Zinfandel, matched with four appetizer-sized courses of baked Gulf oysters, pan-seared Gulf flounder, pappardelle and roasted leg of lamb.
