Amid all the hubbub about outlets like The New York Times and GQ discovering Nashville and its food scene, the national food blog Eater interviewed Josh Habiger and Erik Anderson, the well-traveled and well-credentialed chefs from Nashville's acclaimed forward-thinking eatery, The Catbird Seat. As in other interviews, the chefs offer some reasoned observations about what's good about Nashville and why they choose to work here out of all the food cities in the world.
