Kayne Prime, the luxe steakhouse that M Street honcho Chris Hyndman opened earlier this year in the Gulch, has announced summer menu additions and a couple other tweaks, including complimentary bread service (popovers with what culinary director Robbie Wilson calls "addictive qualities"), an artisanal cheese program and a longer list of wines by the glass. Meanwhile, Kayne's sister restaurant in Midtown, Tavern, has added brunch on Saturday and Sunday, as I reported in my Food Biz column in the Nashville Post section of The City Paper currently on newsstands.
