As Lesley told you last month
, tomorrow night, May 15, is the big Generous Helpings event at the Nashville Farmers' Market. The tasting starts at 6 p.m. and features some of Nashville's favorite restaurants offering small plates to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
Since the initial announcement, even more restaurants have joined the roster, including Urban Grub and Kevin Ramquist's new venture, Unicorn.
Advance tickets are still available at the event website for just $50 — it will cost you $10 more (and a long wait in line) if you wait to purchase at the door. Even better, why not buy your tickets in advance and then donate that ten spot to Second Harvest when you get there? Good karma makes food taste even better.
